Benefit Cosmetics, an indie beauty brand-turned-prestige powerhouse under Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, is looking for a Counter Manager in Chichester. Founded in 1976, Benefit is present in 59 countries with over 3,000 BrowBars and 6,000 trained service experts worldwide.

We believe laughter is the best cosmetic. Our goal is to transform customers into better versions of themselves while having fun. As a Counter Manager, you will lead your team to achieve retail objectives, maximize sales opportunities, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Brow and Beauty advisors, motivate staff, delegate roles, and ensure sales targets and customer service standards are met.
• Achieve counter and service sales targets through team delegation, customer engagement, product demonstrations, and booking repeat appointments.
• Perform brow services such as waxing, tinting, and tweezing. Full training will be provided.
• Conduct daily team meetings, communicate effectively, and motivate the team to meet targets.
• Organize and promote in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
• Ensure the counter is stocked and report concerns to the area manager.
• Maintain open communication between store, department, and area managers.
• Handle administrative tasks and staff rotas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards on the counter.
