At Benefit, we transform customers into better versions of themselves while having a ton of fun. As a Counter Manager, you will:

  1. Manage Brow and Beauty Experts, motivate staff, delegate roles, and ensure sales targets and high customer service standards are met.
  2. Achieve sales targets through customer connections, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking repeat appointments.
  3. Perform brow services such as waxing, tinting, and tweezing (full training provided).
  4. Lead the team through daily meetings, effective communication, and recognition of positive work.
  5. Build business with in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
  6. Maintain stock levels and report concerns to the area manager.
  7. Ensure open communication between store/department managers and area managers.
  8. Handle administration tasks and staff rotas.
  9. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the counter and displays.
