Experienced Fee Earner - Counter Fraud

Our client is seeking a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Paralegal/Litigation Executive with experience in Motor Fraud to join its growing team. You will be part of a practice specialising in insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes, including motor, EL/PL, and organised frauds. The role involves managing your own caseload, working closely with clients, and handling all aspects of litigation.

Job Title: Solicitor/Paralegal/Litigation Executive

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to £45,000

Previous Experience: Managing own caseload of litigated defendant RTA files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage motor fraud claims caseload.
  • Conduct investigations, take witness statements, review medical records.
  • Secure documentation and evidence from claimant representatives.
  • Draft legal documents, reports, and advice.
  • Attend court, pre-trial meetings, and adhere to timetables.
  • Participate in marketing and business development.

About You:

  • Experience managing litigated caseloads.
  • Knowledge of litigation process and personal injury or fraud (desirable).
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide professional service.
