Experienced Fee Earner - Counter Fraud

Our client is seeking a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Paralegal/Litigation Executive with experience in Motor Fraud to join its growing team. The role involves managing a caseload, working closely with clients, and handling all aspects of litigation in a fast-growing practice specialising in insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes, including motor, EL/PL, and organised frauds.

Job Title: Solicitor/Paralegal/Litigation Executive

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to £45,000

Previous Experience: Managing own caseload of litigated Defendant RTA files

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of motor fraud claims.
• Conduct investigations, take witness statements, and review medical records.
• Secure required documentation and evidence from claimant representatives.
• Draft legal documents, reports, and client advice.
• Attend court, pre-trial meetings, and adhere to court timetables.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.
