The Pre-Litigated File Handler role involves working within a team of fraud specialists and legal support staff, managing a caseload of pre-litigation cases across various fraud types. The role requires following defined processes, a forensic and analytical approach, and high commercial awareness, especially regarding fixed fee work. Key responsibilities include decision-making within set timeframes, aligning with case strategy and client interests, and working strategically to shape the future of counter-fraud efforts.
The caseload includes suspected fraudulent insurance claims of various types.

35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. The role is based at Bolton, Parklands Office, with at least one day per week in the office.
