Keoghs LLP is seeking an experienced litigation lawyer to join its counter-fraud team in Bolton. You will manage litigated RTA fraud files for multiple insurance clients and collaborate with a Lead Lawyer to deliver commercially sound outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience, familiarity with linked and organised fraud, and understanding of CPR. Strong advocacy, client care and time-recording skills are essential.

This role involves working within a team of fraud specialists and legal support staff. You will run a caseload of Litigated RTA suspected fraud files on behalf of a cross section of insurance clients, working closely with sophisticated claims handlers acting without any Delegated Authority. You will work in close conjunction with a Lead Lawyer so to achieve the best possible results in a commercially sound manner.
In this role, you will work with strategic foresight so to ensure all litigation and opportunities are taken in order to work towards shaping the future of the counter-fraud arena.
It will be the responsibility of the NDA File Handler to run fraud cases from the point of litigation through to the resolution of the case.
We're particularly interested in individuals who have experience handling:
35 hours per week
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.
Primary location for this role is Bolton, Parklands Office.
We are agile workers with attendance at our offices at least 1 day a week
Desirable: Qualified solicitor / CILEX with necessary practice rights (consideration will also be given to CILEX Lawyers)
