Acorn Group in Sevenoaks is seeking a Counter Fraud Investigator to manage and investigate a portfolio of suspect claims in a hybrid, 37.5-hour week. You will assess claims, interpret intelligence, and drive investigation strategies while adhering to FCA and GDPR guidelines.
The role offers a salary of £26,350 to £34,800 with an additional up to £2,000 performance bonus once established. Hybrid working is available to support work-life balance.
This role includes investigating and managing a portfolio of suspect claims encompassing all types of fraud a motor insurer may face. You will be responsible for the effective control and investigation of a portfolio of claims from cradle to grave. You must adopt a proactive approach towards the investigation of claims and generate ideas contributing towards the continuous improvement and development of the team/department.
