Description
We're looking for positive, passionate people to help combat the criminal activities that plague the insurance industry. Our successes directly contribute to our customers' premiums, keeping AXA a market-leading insurance provider. Combating criminal activities in the Insurance industry is done through our Counter Fraud department.
As a Motor Counter Fraud Investigator, you'll manage investigations and provide expertise and guidance into more technically complex matters, in an ethical and professional manner. You'll employ best practices and key investigative competencies to minimize the company's exposure to fraud. Developing the technical expertise of fellow staff within the Fraud and non-fraud areas and enhance current processes and counter fraud capabilities within the Group to strengthen our fraud control environment.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home in the office moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients, or attending industry events.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
