Off The Record
We’re recruiting for two Counsellor/Mental Health Practitioners for our Croydon Mental Health Support Teams (MHST).
We are offering two full-time posts which will sit within our Croydon Wave 2 and Wave 12 MHSTs. The primary focus of this post is to undertake a broad range of therapeutic tasks within primary and secondary educational settings including work to support the Whole School Approach to mental wellbeing in schools.
Off The Record is an established and highly respected local mental health charity with a long history of providing support services to young people in Croydon, Merton and Sutton.
Our Vision is Brilliant, Beautiful and Better mental health for all children and young people. The charity offers clinical counselling services (both in person and online) in Croydon, Merton and Sutton; peer support services; a young carers project in Croydon; a counselling service for young refugees, asylum seekers and forced migrants; school-based Mental Health Support Teams in Croydon and Merton, and an outreach/community team working with young people and BAME communities.
The Croydon Mental Health Support Team works in schools supporting children and young people and their families, as well as supporting the school in implementing a whole school approach to emotional wellbeing.
