Role Description

These are self-employed sub-contractor hybrid roles for Counsellors, Hypnotherapists and EMDR practitioners at OLIP Therapy Ltd. The successful applicants will be responsible for:

• Conducting bespoke counselling, hypnotherapy or EMDR sessions specifically tailored to each client.
• Utilising holistic health approaches to support clients.
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to our clients

These roles are based at our Fareham office, with the added flexibility of online sessions available for our worldwide clientele.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in hypnotherapy, counselling, EMDR and holistic health.
• Demonstrable experience in hypnotherapy, counselling or EMDR with a track record of successful client outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathise and build a strong rapport with clients.
• A relevant professional qualification in hypnotherapy, counselling and/or EMDR.
• A genuine passion for hypnotherapy, counselling, EMDR and client transformation
