Job summary

You will deliver outcome-focused, evidence-based therapy interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. The goal is to support them in improving their emotional health and building resilience. This will include virtual and face-to-face individual sessions, group work, and peer support.

Main duties of the job

This position reports to the SPA & Community Service Lead and receives clinical supervision from the Senior Practitioner. You will work from Be U Swindon Hubs, educational settings, and community venues to facilitate easy access to therapeutic interventions for children and young people. The role is varied, challenging, and rewarding, involving collaboration within a diverse clinical team, co-producing, delivering, and continually innovating the service.
