Bupa Mindplace Chertsey is seeking a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to provide high-quality counselling to customers for short to long-term needs, working independently within a multidisciplinary team.
You will conduct assessments, deliver various models including face-to-face sessions, adhere to case management processes, manage own caseload, and participate in supervision, with flexible hours including weekends.

We can offer sessions F2F Monday to Sunday with the timings outlined below - Monday - Friday: 8:00-16:00 // 14:00-22:00 Saturday - 08:00-16:00 Sunday - 10:00-16:00 At least 1 later session required 5 appointments per day
As a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, you will provide high-quality, effective, and safe counselling to Bupa customers over the short, medium, or longer term. You will work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, liaising daily with internal and external services, organisations, and safeguarding agencies.
