Counsel - Crypto - 8 Month FTC

Job description

We are partnering with a leading, international Crypto firm in their search for a Counsel to join them on an 8 month FTC, to provide interim coverage during a critical period.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the negotiation and execution of investment agreements, such as SAFEs, SAFTs, Token Warrants, Share Purchase Agreements
• Managing Digital Asset Diligence and Approval Process

Minimum Requirements:
