Public Sector Partnership Services (PSPS) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Council Tax Officer to join our dedicated Revenues team, delivering services on behalf of Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council (Horncastle), and South Holland District Council (Spalding).



You will be part of a supportive environment with key responsibilities, handling customer enquiries, processing account changes, and working with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.



What you’ll be doing:

Keeping council tax accounts accurate and up to date.
Processing changes, discounts, exemptions, and payment methods.
Ensuring bills go out correctly and on time.
Helping recover outstanding payments and supporting customers with arrangements.


What do I need?

A keen eye for detail and a solid grasp of rules and regulations.
A natural communicator – confident on the phone, in writing, and in person.
Strong administration skills


Prior knowledge of council tax legislation is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided!
