The Slaughters Country Inn and The Slaughters Manor House are seeking a knowledgeable, passionate Dual Site Head Gardener to lead the gardens across both properties in Lower Slaughter, Gloucestershire. This role suits an experienced Head Gardener or a Senior Gardener ready to take the next step in leadership.

You will balance hands-on horticultural work with planning and organisation, maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces that reflect each hotel’s character.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Gardener or Senior Gardener
• Strong horticultural knowledge and garden management skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach with leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day care and development of gardens across both sites
• Balance hands-on horticultural work with planning, organisation and high standards
• Maintain planting, lawn care and ongoing grounds improvement to reflect each hotel’s character
