A leading company in property management seeks a Property Cost Manager to enhance cost control and value management for their diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying with considerable project management experience, particularly in new builds and refurbishments. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams while being based primarily in Bradford.
The Property Cost Manager (Quantity Surveyor) will join the Property team responsible for acquisition, new build, refurbishment, and maintenance of our diverse property estate, including retail, manufacturing, and logistics sites.
The Property Cost Manager is responsible for improving our cost and value management capability through robust cost control and focusing on best value outcomes from our estate investments.
This role suits an Associate or Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to step up.
This is a hybrid role, working from our Bradford office three days a week. Applicants should reside within a reasonable distance from Bradford.
