Job description

The Costello’s Brand Ambassadors (CBAs) are responsible for ensuring service excellence throughout Costello’s footprint, developing leads and customer opportunities into long-lasting partnerships. CBAs will communicate directly with Managing Partners (MPs), staff, clients, and prospects, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services to maximize Costello’s value. They will support all service offerings and develop strategies to drive new business and revenue, remaining adaptable to market changes and focused on clients. CBAs must be knowledgeable, multi-taskers with strong computer and communication skills, working with MPs and management to position the Costello’s Ace brand of service excellence. Successful CBAs are skilled communicators and presenters, organized, passionate about client relations, and dedicated to enhancing the brand.

Major Responsibilities

  • Execute Same Day Service (SDS) events, in-store training, off-site service events, and customer services while providing exceptional service and driving sales.
  • Perform mobile services on-site and off-site.
  • Lead SDS events across various locations.
  • Upsell and add-on sales during customer interactions.
  • Complete in-store services during SDS downtime.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and sales.
  • Ensure stores have necessary tools and resources through checklists.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trainer for staff on services.
  • Promote Dot com business, service signage, KIBO accuracy, TSP awareness, and signage.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the B2B Reignite Program.
  • Represent the company positively at all times.
  • Be prepared and professional on the sales floor, events, and stages.
  • Monitor merchandise loss and report issues.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and equipment functionality, including pricing.
  • Proficiently use relevant applications and systems (Eagle / Epicor).
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in sales events and meetings.
  • Provide weekly activity forecasts.
  • Make cold calls and outreach to prospects and B2B contacts.
  • Present and demonstrate product and service value to potential customers.
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain beneficial relationships internally and externally.
  • Keep management informed of performance issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and negotiate solutions.
  • Collaborate with staff and management to foster a cohesive culture.
  • Deliver products when needed.
  • Attend networking events on behalf of the company.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards and complete weekly equipment checklists.
  • Report vehicle or equipment issues immediately.
  • Maintain a safe driving record and operate company vehicles safely, complying with laws and avoiding cellphone use while driving.
  • Participate in safety training sessions.
