Overview

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader). As a Barista Maestro, you'll take centre stage - not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. This is a fixed term contract for the festive period until 31 December 2025.

Responsibilities

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
• Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
• Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
• Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
• Having fun while doing it all

Qualifications / Requirements

• No previous experience required – just the right attitude and willingness to learn; full training and tools provided
• A genuine love for coffee and people
• A positive, can-do attitude with plenty of personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence to lead by example
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
