Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a driven Barista to craft beautifully prepared drinks and provide first-class service for a major High Street brand. This part-time role is contracted to 24 hours per week, with opportunities to progress within a company that values its people and celebrates individuality.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering top-quality coffees while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction across shifts.

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights customers.
• Keep the bar area clean.

• Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates.
• Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food prep and presentation techniques.
• Check brewing equipment operates properly and report maintenance needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers


• Keeping the bar area clean
