Job summary

Scoffs Group in the UK, proudly the largest Costa Coffee franchise, is hiring Baristas to cover Weekdays with a 6hr contract. You will craft drinks with care and create welcoming moments for every customer who walks through our doors.

No experience is required; the team provides full training. You’ll join a friendly store environment, support your colleagues, and help deliver great coffee and service.

The Role: Costa Coffee Barista - Weekdays, 6hr contract available

As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our store, crafting the drinks our customers love and creating warm, welcoming moments for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Making every cup count – preparing delicious Costa drinks with precision and passion
• Delivering genuine, friendly customer service that brings people back
• Becoming confident with our menu so you can recommend favourites and new arrivals
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety
• Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone
• Most importantly, having fun and creating a welcoming atmosphere

What You’ll Bring
