More about your role

This is a BRAND NEW leisure facility featuring an 8-lane swimming pool, 200-station gym, exercise studios, Clip ‘n' climb, and a Costa Coffee with 100 covers.

Assist and deputise for the COSTA Store Manager across all catering operations, including the store, bars, events, and vending where applicable. Ensure smooth and effective operation of the catering department, maintaining high standards in customer service and compliance with legislative requirements. Train and coach all Barista Maestros.

More about you

Proven people management skills involving planning, organisation, coaching, communication, delegation, and motivation. Hold or be able to obtain required licences such as driving, premises licence (alcohol), Food Safety Level 2, and allergen awareness. At least one year of experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent.
