Cost Planner/Senior Cost Planner - Aviation, London

Turner & Townsend is seeking experienced Cost Planners and Senior Cost Planners with a proven track record in the Infrastructure sector (Rail, Airports, Highways, Power, Water, or Utilities).

Our team supports clients by providing cost planning services, either embedded within their organization or through ad-hoc projects across the Infrastructure sector. While most work is UK-based, there are opportunities for remote work for international projects.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Producing accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans efficiently.
  2. Managing the estimating process at the project level.
  3. Developing estimates independently.
  4. Promoting estimating best practices within the company.
  5. Supporting departmental objectives and staying updated on technical developments.

Qualifications include:

  1. High-standard qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with relevant experience.
  2. Experience in providing estimating or QS services in large projects.
  3. Proficiency with estimating software.
  4. Membership of a relevant professional body, with chartered status or working towards it.
