We are currently recruiting for Cost Managers to join our London-based Communities and Local Government Cost Management Team, supporting high-profile and iconic projects across the central and local government sector. We welcome applications for both full and part-time positions, including flexible working options.
The team handles a variety of projects for notable public sector organizations, including refurbishment of listed buildings, office fit-outs, high-volume residential projects, and master planning within cost management and cost assurance.
Typical duties for the Cost Manager include:
Requirements include a proven track record in cost management/quantity surveying across project lifecycles, a degree or HNC qualification, and ideally professional accreditation (MRICS or similar). Ability to manage multiple projects successfully is essential.
