We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Cost Managers/Quantity Surveyors to join our UK Infrastructure team, supporting our growth in the water/utilities sector and contributing to UK infrastructure development.

Job Objectives:

1. Contribute to Turner & Townsend’s 2025 vision
2. Establish professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders
3. Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies
4. Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
5. Manage cost variance and contract cash flow proactively
6. Collaborate with teams to deliver project KPIs and objectives
7. Manage contract changes effectively within governance frameworks
8. Improve forecast and budget accuracy
9. Provide commercial support to stakeholders
10. Negotiate and finalize final accounts
11. Lead project teams and commissions as needed
