Job Description
Turner & Townsend has an exciting opportunity for a Cost Manager to join our Newcastle Real Estate team to help guide our clients and their professional teams on a number of exciting and iconic projects across the Northeast.
You’ll have a genuine interest in understanding historical construction methods and their implications for modern contractors. You’ll work daily with leading conservators, architects, and engineers to ensure the client and contractor deliver value for money, advising all parties on the best qualitative and commercial solutions.
We’re seeking individuals with a strong interest in this area and a good knowledge of construction, from a Main Contracting or PQS background, with an outgoing and collaborative approach.
