Job Description

Due to continued demand and our ambitious growth plans, Turner & Townsend is looking to recruit Cost Managers with proven experience in the Power sector. Your experience with projects in Distribution, Transmission, Renewables, or other technologies will be key to fulfilling our clients’ ambitions.

As a Cost Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with high-profile clients, develop your consultancy skills, and diversify your sector experience. We support career progression both personally and professionally.

We currently support hybrid working and embrace a forward-thinking approach. Part-time applications are also welcome.

Job Objectives:

1. Operate at a Cost Management level with appropriate qualifications and experience.
2. Administer various contracts aligned with project objectives and policies.
3. Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion within budget.
4. Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
5. Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including performance, cost control, and value engineering.
6. Manage contract changes effectively, maintaining governance and adopting best practices.
7. Improve forecast and budget accuracy.

This role may include SOX control responsibilities, which must be adhered to where applicable.
