We are currently seeking personable, enthusiastic, and energetic Cost Managers/Cost Consultants to join our team, supporting our growth and making a difference in the UK Energy Transition.

You will be a Cost Manager within our UK Energy & Natural Resources business, working on various projects and initiatives.

1. Establishing professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
2. Administering contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
3. Monitoring, forecasting, and reporting project costs accurately to stay within budget.
4. Managing cost variance and contract cash flow proactively, ensuring timely and correct applications.
5. Collaborating with client and contractor teams to deliver project KPIs, including program performance, cost control, and value engineering.
6. Managing contract changes effectively, maintaining governance and best practices.
7. Improving forecast and budget accuracy.
8. Providing sound commercial support to stakeholders.
9. Negotiating and finalizing project accounts.
10. Leading teams and managing commissions as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject (preferred).
2. Professional membership or working towards it (preferred).
