The role ensures that maximum value for money is achieved while maintaining operational service standards, so that the portfolio operates at peak commercial efficiency. Purpose The Cost Manager ensures that all commercial activities and supplier relationships deliver optimal value whilst supporting the operational objectives of the TSM and SSM teams.
