Your New Role as Cost & Management Accountant:

Reporting to the Finance Director, your duties will include:

• Supporting management accounts preparation
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Contributing to the development of cost accounting and reporting systems
• Analyzing production and spend variances
• Reporting on profitability and reviewing product margins
• Maintaining the BOM register
• Business partnering with various departments to deliver meaningful financial insights and advice

Experience & Qualifications Required:

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders are essential. Advanced Excel skills and a track record of system and process improvements are also required.
