An established industry player is seeking a Cost Intelligence Specialist to join its dynamic Programme Management and Commercial Management team. Our continued success in delivering for many of the UK’s leading utility providers and major infrastructure developers is bringing significant growth across our team. As a Cost Intelligence Specialist within our Programme Management & Commercial Management (PMCM) team, you will work across major programmes with clients in the water and energy sectors, focusing on optimising the financial performance of major projects and programmes.
In this role, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver complex capital delivery programmes. Some key tasks include:
As a senior team member, you will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding less experienced colleagues to support their professional development.

About You:
You should have experience leading complex commercial programs and cost intelligence initiatives, with strengths in cost modelling, estimating, and cost challenge. Prior experience in engineering, operations, or financial analysis, along with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau, is essential. Experience in water, energy, or utility sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
