Job description

Are you passionate about driving supplier collaboration, capability development, and strategic engagement across procurement?

We're working with Santander UK to find a dynamic Procurement & Cost Insight & Engagement Manager to join their transforming Cost and Procurement team. This permanent role is central to building a culture of partnership, innovation, and continuous improvement-both internally and across the supplier ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead internal and external engagement programmes to promote supplier collaboration and elevate Santander's market presence
  • Develop and deliver people capability plans, training programmes, and the Cost & Procurement Academy
  • Translate business goals into tangible team objectives and drive functional enablement across the supply chain
  • Champion the use of operating models and frameworks to improve procurement effectiveness
  • Manage NPS and customer satisfaction programmes for procurement activity
  • Coordinate change initiatives, talent mapping, and development programmes across the team
  • Conduct supply chain reviews to identify opportunities for improved service, efficiency, and risk reduction
  • Create visual tools and dashboards to communicate supplier performance to senior leadership
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in procurement engagement, training, and people development
  • Strong understanding of supplier governance, performance tracking, and change management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience in developing competency frameworks and managing talent pipelines
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive cultural transformation
