Estimating Manager

At Telent, you will have the opportunity to be part of something impactful—keeping critical networks connected and protected 24/7. Reporting to the Director of Rail, the Estimating Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and competitive cost estimates for new projects within the designated business sector. You will work closely with project management and engineering teams to ensure all aspects of the project are properly costed.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with occasional presence at our Warwick Head office.

What you’ll do:

• Support the production and submission of detailed and accurate estimates for projects
• Manage the estimating process at bid, project, or scheme level
• Review project specifications, drawings, and documentation to prepare cost estimates
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules in collaboration with project teams
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary information

Who you are:
