Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in the Bristol area is offering a 12.5-month Cost Engineering Placement starting 16 August 2027. The role is aimed at undergraduates studying Aerospace, Electrical and Electronic, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related disciplines with a focus on cost estimation and project management.

You will develop cost models, support cost analysis, and collaborate with a multinational team across design to value initiatives.

The result will give Airbus levers to deal with suppliers in negotiations.* Capability: Develop cost models, references, tools, methods, etc.* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and updates to various stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.* Learning and Development: Participating in training sessions to enhance skills in cost estimation, project management, and leadership.* Travel to other Airbus sites or suppliers if required.**Requirements** Our placements are open to **Undergraduates only**.
