Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited, based at the Broughton facility in North Wales, offers a 12.5‑month Project Management Placement. You will bridge daily operations with strategic aims, delivering real outcomes on safety, efficiency, and production ramp‑ups.

You will join the Business Support and Health & Safety teams, contributing to continuous improvement while developing in project management, aviation operations and lean thinking.

Qualifications

Based at our advanced Broughton manufacturing facility, you will join the Business Support and Health & Safety (H&S) Team for the flagship Airbus A350 wing family. This placement isn't about watching from the sidelines: it’s an active, hands-on project management role. You will bridge the gap between daily operations and long-term strategic evolution, managing initiatives that directly enable production, drive safety culture, and optimise our industrial systems to meet critical ramp-up targets. We don't expect you to be an aerospace expert on day one.
