Qualifications

• Proven experience with Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in project controls, cost engineering or financial roles.

Responsibilities

• Applying project controls processes and systems.
• Project set-up, close-out and reconciliations.
• Cost forecasting and financial analysis.
• Monitoring revenue and gross margin.
• Ensuring corporate systems reflect project status.
• Monitoring aged debt and supporting recovery.
• Preparing client-specific monthly reports.
• Producing internal reporting for Operational Project Reviews.
• Contributing to monthly project meetings.
• Supporting bids and proposals.
• Earned value analysis and risk management.
• Programme and resource monitoring.
• Preparing change control and early warning notices.
• Maintaining quality documentation.
