• Provide engineering support to the Commercial team
• Communicate and discuss complete specifications with Engineering & Manufacturing departments
• Understand key customers’ products and services
• Coordinate with Commercial & Engineering to consolidate specifications and recommend configurations
• Prepare quote packages including drawings, cost estimates, and other required documentation
• Stay informed of supplier pricing, products, and services
• Drive the correct IDEX initiative of 80/20 qualification of opportunities as appropriate
• Respond to customers and co-workers in a timely and professional manner
• Participate actively in all customer support programs including development projects
• Comply with health and safety policies and procedures
• Support company values including ethical conduct and high integrity in all actions

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate company and product values to prospective customers via presentations, meetings, and communications
• Research, document, and report industry trends, purchasing history, and buying patterns related to assigned accounts
• Maintain accurate and timely activity reports
• Participate in meetings, sales events, and training programs
