Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting costs case handlers with a full range of drafting requirements.
2. Drafting formal bills for detailed assessment.
3. Drafting N260 statements of costs.
4. Preparing risk assessments.
5. Assisting with drafting budgets.

Requirements:

1. 2 to 10 years' personal injury claimant costs experience.
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
3. Drafting experience with Precedent H, R, and Q and formal bills.
4. Ability to work to targets.
5. Flexibility and organisation to adapt to changing priorities.
6. Working knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and the detailed assessment process.
7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Proclaim Case Management System.
9. Experience using Costs Master software.
