Job summary

Rullion Ltd. is advertising a permanent Cost Controller role to support major infrastructure, defence and construction projects across the UK.

You will monitor budgets, commitments, expenditure and forecasts, and produce reports to support performance and decision-making. Working with project managers and commercial teams, you will help maintain cost control systems, perform variance analysis, support EVM, and contribute to improved reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Cost Control or a similar project controls role.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and cost performance reporting.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in infrastructure, defence, construction or engineering projects (desirable).
• Familiarity with cost control software and NEC contracts (desirable).

Working Arrangements: Full-time, hybrid / onsite depending on project requirements

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to support the delivery of major infrastructure, defence and construction projects across the UK.

Working alongside project managers, commercial teams and wider project controls professionals, you will be responsible for monitoring project costs, maintaining budgets and forecasts, and producing accurate reports to support effective project performance and decision-making.
