Altura Search is recruiting a Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor in London who can take ownership of projects and provide robust cost management input across the lifecycle. I’m working with a growing cost consultancy in London that is looking to bring an experienced Cost Consultant into the team.

This is an opportunity for someone who has built a solid foundation in cost management and is now looking for a role where they can take ownership of projects rather than simply being another pair of hands.

Cost Consultant | Quantity Surveyor

You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, providing cost management advice from the early stages of a project through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Feasibility studies and initial cost advice
• Cost planning and cost management
• Preparing and reviewing estimates
• Tender documentation and tender analysis
• Contract administration
• Valuations and payment assessments
• Cost reporting
• Change management
• Final accounts
• Attending client and project meetings
• Building and maintaining client relationships

You’ll work across a diverse project portfolio covering sectors such as:
