Job summary

Sizewell C Limited is recruiting a Cost Assurance Assistant to support the Civil Works Alliance in safeguarding the project budget and cash flow for Sizewell C, a 3.2 GW nuclear build that will deliver low-carbon electricity for decades.

You will work with the Independent Cost Verifier team on cost reviews, audits, dashboards and contract compliance, gaining hands-on experience in financial controls, forecasting and business partnering across a large-scale infrastructure program.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or related field.
• Basic experience in cost control and auditing.
• Strong Excel and cost management software skills.
• Nuclear or highly regulated infrastructure project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit support: assist in gathering financial documents for cost audits.
• Reporting: prepare dashboards and summaries of variances for the IP’s and CWA Commercial and Finance Team.
• Compliance: ensure all financial and procurement actions follow internal procedures.
