What You’ll Be Doing as the Cost Assessment Manager:

  • Delivering expert advice on cost benchmarking, econometric modelling, and cost assessments.
  • Leading complex analysis to support regulatory reviews, price controls, and investment decisions.
  • Managing projects end-to-end, from strategy design through to delivery.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the sector.
  • Developing junior team members and contributing to wider business growth.

Required Experience for the Cost Assessment Manager:

  • Experience in the energy & utilities sector (consulting, industry, or regulatory).
  • Strong background in quantitative economic analysis, econometrics, or microeconomics.
  • Proficiency in STATA or similar statistical packages.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex problems creatively.
