Cost and Commercial Manager - NEC £75000

Role: Cost and Commercial Manager - NEC

Salary: Up to £75,000 plus benefits (Including Bonus up to 25%, attractive pension, Life Assurance, Medical, Shares, Travel Allowance, etc.)

Client: Major Infrastructure Organisation

Location: Hybrid working from home and 3 days per week in Staines.

A Cost and Commercial Manager, to provide key support to ambitious projects in Carbon and Sustainability c.£1bn, for a leading UK Infrastructure organisation.

You will work closely with the Commercial Lead to manage the Commercial delivery of Capital Works, Infrastructure, and Services. You will take ownership on a range of high-value, business-critical projects, including supplier negotiation, contract agreement, amendments, compensation events and defining rigorous pricing models.

This role will engage effectively with a varied group of top-tier suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Cost / Commercial Manager, with 5+ years of experience.
  • NEC contract experience.
  • Strong relationship and communication ability, across both suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of full-lifecycle Project Management.
  • Infrastructure, Construction, or Civils background.
