Job Description:

We are seeking a Cost and Commercial Manager for a major infrastructure organisation, offering a salary of up to £75,000 plus benefits including a bonus of up to 25%, pension, life assurance, medical, shares, and travel allowance.

Location: Hybrid working from home and 3 days per week in Staines.

The role involves supporting ambitious projects in the Carbon and Sustainability sector, valued at approximately £1bn. You will work closely with the Commercial Lead to manage the commercial delivery of capital works, infrastructure, and services, taking ownership of high-value projects including supplier negotiations, contract agreements, amendments, and defining pricing models.

You will engage with top-tier suppliers and subcontractors effectively.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Cost/Commercial Manager.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of full lifecycle project management.
  • Background in infrastructure, construction, or civils.
