Job summary

Space NK is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser to uphold luxury brand standards across our store network in the UK. You will plan, execute brand-aligned visuals, train store teams, and liaise between stores and VM/support teams to maintain premium visuals.

The role involves visiting 32 stores across the region, sharing feedback, and supporting new store openings and refits while aligning with company guidelines and commercial goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail field experience.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience desirable, within cosmetics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with store teams and VM colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Visual Merchandising contact for stores in your region.
• Communicate and cascade VM guidelines through packs and ensure brand standards.
• Attend virtual meetings to review priorities and business updates.
• Lead and support visual installations for store openings and refurbishments.
• Balance creativity with commercial objectives to drive sales and elevate the brand.
