Job summary

Tropic Skincare is seeking a Technical Quality Coordinator to safeguard product integrity from supplier to finished goods. You will manage the Quality Management System, drive GMP/compliance, and lead data-driven improvements across materials and packaging.

The role requires meticulous documentation, strong collaboration with R&D, Production, and suppliers, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced beauty business.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP).
• Proficiency in technical data analysis, statistical tools, and quality software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Confident communicator able to collaborate across teams and with suppliers.
• Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 processes across materials and products.
• Coordinate audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review packaging components, COA, SDS, and ingredient specs for compliance.
• Oversee testing releases and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Procurement, and Regulatory for timely approvals.
• Assist with internal/external audits and document follow-up actions.
