Vehicle Cosmetic Panel Beater/Repairer - We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced vehicle prepper, either from a body shop or accident repair background, to join a leading accident repair group experiencing exciting growth.

This role is for a Skilled Vehicle Prepper / Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician capable of completing all paint prep duties on accident-damaged vehicles. NVQ 3 or IMI 3 qualifications are advantageous.

Job Details: Cosmetic Panel Beater / Prepper

• Experience in the accident repair industry, specifically in prepping vehicles for painting
• Responsibilities include sanding panels with different grades of paper, filler repairs, priming, sanding, and masking
• Qualified with an NVQ qualification or possess relevant experience
• Must have experience as a vehicle prepper and polisher

Required Experience:

• Experience working in vehicle or paint prep
• Filler work and dent pulling
• Basic strip and fit
• Knowledge of H&S responsibilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, targeted environment, adhering to Kitemark BS10125 and manufacturer standards
• Skilled Vehicle Prepper background is essential
