Job summary

Hamilton Fraser, part of HFIS Limited, is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our Cosmetic Insurance team. You’ll provide quotations and secure new business and renewals with a strong sales and service ethic.

Office-based with optional rotational remote working, 37.5 hours per week, reporting to the Cosmetic Lead. The role offers development toward Cert CII qualifications and a friendly, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insurance environment is essential.
• You will have a sales-focused approach while delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken English with sound maths skills.
• Desire to progress toward Cert CII qualification.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships.
• Providing quotations and securing new business and renewals for Cosmetic Insurance.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with insurer partners and third parties.
• Helping with events and exhibitions when needed.
• Ensuring all documentation is issued and FCA service standards are met.
