Skin Dermatology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Cosmetic Injector to join our advanced aesthetic team. The ideal candidate is a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, specifically advanced neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments. This role combines expert-level clinical practice with opportunities to contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing patient engagement and driving cosmetic sales growth.

Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available (2 to 5 patient days).

Compensation: Competitive base salary, with earning potential up to $300k through results-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Provider, you will evaluate and treat a wide range of cosmetic and medical conditions through individualized treatment plans. You’ll have the opportunity to provide both medical and cosmetic dermatology services, including:

• Perform advanced cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (e.g., BOTOX, XEOMIN, DYSPORT) and dermal fillers, such as:
• Hyaluronic acid-based fillers (e.g., JUVÉDERM, VERSA, RHA Collection)
• Calcium-based fillers (e.g., RADIESSE)
• Biostimulatory fillers (e.g., SCULPTRA)
• Conduct comprehensive cosmetic consultations, evaluate patient goals, and develop tailored treatment plans based on clinical assessment and aesthetic objectives.
• Demonstrate expertise in facial anatomy and aesthetic proportion, with an artistic approach to enhancing natural beauty and balance.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant documentation, including treatment notes and photographic records.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement patient promotions, in-office events, and educational content to support cosmetic sales and brand positioning.
• Provide input on seasonal campaigns, social media strategy, and service highlights, leveraging clinical expertise to drive interest and patient acquisition.
• Stay current with aesthetic innovations and treatment protocols; attend trainings and industry events as needed.
• For candidates with a strong interest, training and growth opportunities in cosmetic laser technologies (e.g., laser resurfacing, IPL, RF microneedling) and general dermatology (e.g., acne, rosacea, skin exams) may be made available.
  

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse.
• Minimum two years of experience in advanced neurotoxin and dermal filler injection techniques.
• Proficiency in both hyaluronic acid-based fillers and non-hyaluronic acid options, including calcium-based fillers and biostimulatory fillers.
• Demonstrated history of successful aesthetic outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Proven ability to consult, assess, and educate patients on treatment options.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, patient-focused demeanor.
• Natural artistic eye and strong knowledge of facial proportions and harmony.
• Comfortable engaging with marketing teams and contributing ideas to grow cosmetic awareness and sales.
  
  

The Pay Range For This Role Is

100,000 - 300,000 USD per year(01545)
