Job Opportunity: Part-Time LPN or RN at Polk County Detention Center

Join our team and enjoy flexible scheduling with part-time and PRN positions, allowing you to balance work and personal life. We utilize online scheduling exchange to help you pick up additional shifts as needed.

Location: Polk County Detention Center

Open Position: PT LPN or RN

Schedule: Every other Saturday & Sunday, 10-hour day shifts. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities to work every weekend.

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress; chart results; establish nursing plans; work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and with Physician/Provider(s)
• Administer prescribed medications following nursing standards & correctional regulations
• Follow established treatment plans
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking
