Job description

A new hiring need has arisen in a leading Corporate Technology team at a global law firm. The team is at the forefront of venture capital, growth capital, and M&A work across the tech and life sciences sectors, advising both investors and fast-scaling companies. The successful candidate will be supporting clients through funding rounds, structuring investments, strategic acquisitions, and navigating the full corporate lifecycle. Clients will be from the Tech and Life Sciences sectors, predominantly. There is a very strong team of Associates and a strong ethos of teamwork. Billable hours will be in line with US norms but there is investment in a sensible work allocation model. This firm will suit a Corporate Associate with upwards of 2 years’ PQE with a passion for the VC / Growth sector who loves their work, enjoys client engagement, is ambitious but also has a sense of fun.

Candidates must have minimum 2 years’ experience in Corporate M&A with some VC experience from a recognised law firm and an excellent academic record.
